Kay Emerson brings 20 years of experience in public service and organizational leadership. Since 2020, she has worked closely with Commission staff and AmeriCorps fund recipients, providing practical training and hands-on technical assistance grounded in the day-to-day realities of the field. Endorsed by trusted TTA providers including Shannon Stober, Kerry Ose, Cole McMahon, and Amy Salinas, Kay is known for her engaging style and ability to break down complex federal requirements into clear, manageable practices teams can confidently implement.
