Scott McFarland has over 17 years of experience in the national service field, and has supported AmeriCorps programs, AmeriCorps members, and commissions across the country. Scott is the Director of National Service for Lead for America (LFA) where he oversees all national service grants for the organization. Prior to joining LFA, Scott served as executive director of both Serve Illinois and the Missouri Community Service Commission. In both roles, he oversaw hundreds of millions of dollars in investment to communities and supported the service of over 12,000 AmeriCorps members.
