Sara St. Laurent is an AmeriCorps program development and grants management expert, having led YouthBuild USA's National Direct grant for 16 years ($8.9M; 3,000 members; 80 subgrantees annually), and served as a consultant for ASC and several state commissions over the last five years. Her areas of expertise are program design and development, planning grants, staff/team training and development, service site management, program monitoring, OIG audit prep, and grant writing. She's developed a planning grantee curriculum that offers a deep dive into program design and program implementation TTA.
