A proud AmeriCorps alum, Kerry began her journey as a national service professional with Volunteer Maryland, where she spearheaded statewide AmeriCorps member recruitment. Kerry then transitioned to state service commission leadership in Maryland and Pennsylvania, where she focused on grantmaking, fiscal and programmatic monitoring, staff onboarding, and developing policies and procedures. Kerry holds a PhD from the University of Illinois Center for Writing Studies, and in her current consulting practice, she helps clients manage work, talent, and knowledge in times of transition.
