Haley Matherly, CVA is an adaptive leadership coach and strategic nonprofit consultant. She completed the Kansas Leadership Center's Leadership Coach Intensive, a Level 1 International Coaching Federation program. She earned a Certification in Volunteer Administration in 2022 and is a Service Enterprise coach and trainer. She is passionate about helping teams make mission-driven decisions that support sustainable organizational growth and maximize community impact.
