Carrie E Markovitz, Ph.D., is a nationally recognized expert in evaluation research. For 25+ years, she has provided evaluation consultation, training, and capacity building services to hundreds of AmeriCorps programs and State Commission staff. She is currently available to provide one-on-one evaluation consultation in all forms of evaluation design, AmeriCorps evaluation requirements, program scaling, data resources and instrument development, and research integrity and ethics. She is also able to produce written evaluation plans and reports that meet AmeriCorps evaluation requirements.
