How do you harness the power of stories? Project CHANGE is a local AmeriCorps program pioneering a narrative method of change. Members are creating stories that we want them to remember for a lifetime, but how do you do that? Members serve our students in such a way that we want pupils to remember for a lifetime that someone cared, someone took their side in the struggles of growing up. How do you do that? In the end, what members carry away with them is their stories. How do we invest for a story outcome? Stories will determine if AmeriCorps sustains the good it does or dies.
